You can add any product in your order. Cannot omit anything once your order has been purchased in Dubai.

 

Q.2. Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?

No. At this time Dubaigrocers.com does not accept Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders.

 

Q.3. Can I cancel my order?

Once you order is processed. You cannot cancel your order.

Q.1. What's your return policy?

Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept a return. If you received incorrect or damaged products, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis. Dubai Brands does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. Any incorrect or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of reported delivery. We do not accept returns for packaging change.
